Al-Andalus - International Planning Preservation Workshop

Number of students: minimum 15 students
Duration: 105 hours of which will be:
75 online: 03 June -07 July
30 face-to-face in the town of Gaucin, Malaga
(Spain): 15 July - 22 July
Aim:
Analyze and debate, in international and multidisciplinary groups, the role of the mountain paths in the Serranía de Ronda as a patrimonial element in the historical and geographic context of local places such as Gaucín, Granada and Tetouan. Establish a permanent working group of the universities involved for the investigation of Andalusian patrimony.
Programme:
Gaucin, Granada and Tetuan. Road network: geographical, historical and landscape context.
Block 1. Natural Heritage.
Block 2. Intangible heritage. Roads.
Block 3. Intangible heritage. Literary and artistic.
Block 4. Built heritage.
Each of the topics will be developed so that students from different universities know in the 'online' phase, prior to the Workshop, the context in which will develop the activity, elements that identify the different areas and the singularities in the field Natural, architectural, literary, artistic and intangible.
