The congress will take place within a comprehensive event including also:
the BaSeFood final meeting – October 3 (restricted to BaSeFood partners)
A dissemination event as part of the annual Street Food Festival – a popular street food event in the streets of Cesena (5-7 October)

- Deadline for one page summary for book of abstracts: September 7, 2012
- Deadline for registration: July 25, 2012 (late registration, September 7, 2012)
